Our global coverage of the asset and wealth management industries is another distinguishing aspect of our firm. While many of our clients are based in cities across the U.S., we have been privileged to represent firms headquartered around the globe on four different continents in North America, Asia, Europe and Australia. Not being bound by the narrow market territories of larger financial services firms, we have over the years developed critical longstanding relationships and in-depth knowledge through extensive calling and interaction with market participants in the four corners of the world.
MHB recognizes that each market has its own structure, dynamics, opportunities and challenges. Being cognizant of these differences, as well as the myriad cultural differences from continent to continent and country to country, gives us a solid basis for providing well-seasoned advice on a full range of strategic questions. In addition to M&A issues, these may include matters such as market entry, distribution possibilities, globalization of a firm and diversification of client bases or capital providers. Our network also permits us to assist with introductions to other relevant service providers and experts who may add value as our clients and prospects consider strategic cross-border activities.
